Department of Transportation Services (DOTS) is committed to providing all members of the Rutgers community with the best possible solutions for getting around campus safely and easily. The university maintains various parking facilities including permit-controlled lots and decks, metered parking spaces, access-controlled lots, and restricted assigned lots. Transportation to, from, and on campus includes campus transit and shuttle services, walking and bike paths, and public transportation services.

- Attention RBHS (Legacy UMDNJ) Parking Permit Holders
- Your parking permits that are set to expire on June 30th have been
extended through December 31, 2014. The Department of Transportation
Services will continue to modify the parking permit registration system
so that all RBHS employees and students will be able to purchase permits
online. Payroll deductions for faculty/staff parking privileges will
continue at the same rate through December 31. No further action is
required to continue parking with your existing permit. Should you have

Rules and Regulations
- As part of the
College Avenue Redevelopment
Initiative, the new Hillel House is beginning construction in Lot
11. As a result, the front entrance to Lot 11 (off of College Avenue)
will be permanently closed. A new entrance has been placed off of Mine
