Disability Parking
• Policies and Procedures – Service Policies
• Must have purchased a valid Rutgers parking permit |

• Must submit an Additional Parking Request Form |
| |

| |
Disability Parking Permits require specfic documentation. |

Permanently Disabled |
| |
• A copy (front and back) of a state-issued Permanently Disabled ID and placard. |
| |
Temporarily Disabled |
| |
• A copy (front and back) of a state-issued Temporarily Disabled placard. |
| |
• Disability parking priviledges will coincide with the expiration date of the placard |
| |
OR |
| |
• The treating physician must provide on their letterhead the medical treatment including diagnosis, last visit, length of treatment, and the times of appointments |
